Early Release Traffic Plan
March 15, 2010
Buses:
- All RTD buses should be on campus by 12:50 pm Monday afternoon.
- Bus riders will be called first for dismissal (please remind your students).
- Buses should be loaded and have departed campus before dismissing car riders.
Car rider lane:
- All parent pick-up traffic should flow through the middle lane.
- No cars should exceed the first speed bump/cross walk near the bus ramp so as to provide a clear passage for the buses to exit the drive once loaded.
- After the buses have been loaded, car riders may be called to the bus ramp.
- Please do not allow the cars to pull forward beyond the first speed bump when loading to avoid traffic congestion.
- Parents should not pull into the teacher’s parking lot expecting to have their child walk across to the lot; they instead should flow through the middle lane.
Parking for Conferences:
- Parents will be allowed to park in the front of the building.
- If the parking situation in the front of the building begins to get congested, Coach Self and Coach Stansell will assist with the overflow.
- Please be reminded that parents can not park in the bus lane because the buses will return at 3:30 pm for the RHS students.
