Next Tuesday Grand Illusion is hosting their "Dancing with the Wolves" event starting at 7 pm at the Rome City Auditorium. This special evening will feature Grand Illusion students dancing with selected Rome City school employees. It's sure to be a night filled with energy, creativity, and community spirit! We will also be recognizing outstanding performances with three awards: People’s Choice Award (for the most money/votes raised) Most Entertaining Dance Judges’ Choice All proceeds will support the Grand Illusion program, helping students continue their journey of creativity and performance. To get in on the action early, we’ve attached a flyer and a link where you can vote for your favorite dancer and contribute to the People’s Choice Award. Your votes will help raise money for the program and add to the excitement leading up to the event! Next Monday, November 18, 2024, eighth grade parents are invited to an informational session to help families understand the RHS scheduling process and learn about the classes available to students before students register next semester. It will take place in the RMS gym from 6-7 pm.

Exciting news! South Rome Free tutoring is now offering free tutoring services to students in grades K-12 within the Rome City Schools district. They are open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM and provide tutoring for all subjects. Each student can benefit from 1-2 one-hour sessions per week, completely free of charge.
